Our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is a pink wine with flavors of strawberries, stonefruit and blossom, with a beautiful color produced by traditionally food-treading Pinot Noir grapes, then fermenting in older French oak barrels.
This wine was fermented with wild yeast and wild ML strains and has a lovely structure to pair with a wide variety of foods, from cheese to salmon, roasted veggies or poultry.
