Crafted from 100% Pommard clone of Pinot Noir, we age this blend in 40-60% new French oak every vintage, crafting a crowd-pleasing Pinot with bonafide Pinotphile chops. Fermented with wild yeast and wild ML, this wine also employed partial whole cluster fermentation and bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Beautiful with lamb, mushrooms, game, or a seared salt and pepper steak.
